約三16-21
飯團：神賜獨生子，救人不定罪，行真理愛光，顯明靠神行。
所得：感謝主賜下獨生愛子拯救我，不定我的罪。歡迎神的光來光照我，除去我裡面的惡行、痛苦與羞恥，有力量脫離否定與錯覺，活並行在主真理與實際中，顯明神的大能，討神的喜悅。

行惡的恨光，是因為沉迷於否定與錯覺中(MSG譯本)，深怕惡行(新譯本、呂譯本)或痛苦(MSG譯本)暴露出來。

16-18"This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn't go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person's failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.
19-21"This is the crisis we're in: God-light streamed into the world, but men and women everywhere ran for the darkness. They went for the darkness because they were not really interested in pleasing God (世人愛黑暗，是因為他們沒有興趣討神喜悅). Everyone who makes a practice of doing evil, addicted to denial and illusion, hates God-light and won't come near it, fearing a painful exposure (每個行惡、沉迷於否定與錯覺中的人，恨惡神的光而不想靠近它，深怕痛苦暴露出來). But anyone working and living in truth and reality welcomes God-light so the work can be seen for the God-work it is (但是凡在真理與實際中行且活著的人，就歡迎神的光，如此所行可以看出是神的工作)."
